- Synopsis
- The Elongated Man and his wife Sue decide to go fishing at Lake Cherokee without knowing that the lake is dry. There, they observe a man fishing in the mud with a magnet who eventually snares a key. The Elongated Man follows the fisherman to the house of Elmer Ewell, where the fisherman knocks out the caretaker before breaking in. Following, Elongated Man hears a clock strike 13 before he is kayoed by the anti-theft system of the house. Awakening in a vault, Elongated Man escapes through the light fixture, tracks the fisherman to his hideout, and recovers the loot stolen from Ewell's home.
