Customer Service / Return Policy
If your order was lost or damaged in transit
Please let us know as soon as possible. We will credit your account with us, refund you, or reship all or part of the order, as appropriate.
If the order was damaged, keep the packaging! We may need it to file for insurance on the package; it may be difficult to refund you if we aren't able to process our claim. You must inform us of any damage to your order within seven business days of receipt.
Comics graded by CGC, CBCS, and PGX are not returnable. All other comics may be returned for a refund if we are notified via email (email@example.com), or by phone (718-721-9691) within seven days of receipt. Returns must be received at our store within two weeks of original delivery date (Canadian three weeks, international one month). Buyer pays return shipping.
Please include a copy of the original invoice with notations for items returned.
Items returned without a copy of the original invoice may experience significant delays in processing. Items returned without authorization may incur a 25% restocking fee, deducted from the value of the refund.
After your order arrives, as we describe above, you will have seven days to evaluate it. If you choose not to return an item to us, the transaction is complete. We will not be able to offer any full or partial credit or refund as a result of any decision made by a third-party grader after the return window has closed.
If we have sent you the wrong book or failed to send a book
Please let us know within seven business days of receipt. We will credit your account, refund you, or ship the proper item, as we deem appropriate. If we need you to return the book, we will reimburse you for basic ground shipping.
If you have purchased a book in error
Please let us know within three business days of receipt. We will refund you for the line-item value of the book (without shipping), less a 25% restocking fee. We will not reimburse you for your shipping.
If you wish to sell a book back to us
If we have sold you a book, it may be returned as above. If you wish to sell us a book back via our buy/trade system, we will consider it a new book and we will buy it as we grade it during check-in. We do not guarantee we will buy it at the same grade we sold it — we guarantee only that once bought, we will sell it as we bought it.
