& Shipping Cycles

This can get a bit confusing but here's hoping this helps explain them.

Cycle: An order cycle goes from when new monthly products get added to the website until the next month's products get upload. An item from one order cycle may still be available to order in another cycle, but the price may be slightly higher. The order cycle is more relevant for those returning a paper order form. The order cycle pertains primarily to pre-order items and for items ordered as "include with."

Shipping Cycle: The shipping cycle is when we access your account to ship items to you. Each Shipping Cycle is two months after the Order Cycle. For example, the November Shipping Cycle is for items ordered during the September Order Cycle. Items that arrive early will be included with a prior order cycle if an order was placed during that cycle. For instance, if a November shipping cycle item arrives in October and you placed an October order, it will be sent early. If you did not place an October order, it will be shipped with your November order. Items that arrive after the shipping cycle in which they were ordered with will be included in the next regular shipment.
